Job Description
You will be responsible for the equipment and process performance for SMT Surface Mount Technology board Assembly and Backend Finish. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: - First line of defense for Assembly equipment / process shift performance. Attend to escalation from Equipment Supervisor/ Shift MT and troubleshoot problematic machines- Perform investigation to issues reported during operation perform containment and disposition when necessary- Capable in creating Equipment programs/recipes- Drive for breakthrough improvements to meet Quality, Cost, Yield and Productivity improvements. Use structured problem solving and analytical methods to develop solutions for issues Innovative or new solutions may be required

Candidate must have a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fieldStrong written and verbal communication skills
