2017 Software Developer Intern

Job description

As a Software Developer Intern you will help ensure product quality and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for the development and execution of test cases (automated and manual) and automated QA processes that ensure quality throughout our release schedule. You will have a good understanding of our customer's workflow and processes, and uncover and diagnose problems in new and existing code by running customer-centric scenarios. You will document tests, and cases. You will have an important role in notifying developers and managers of quality issues.

Responsibilities:
- Create test cases
- Develop automated tests based on test cases
- Work closely with the team in early product phases to facilitate agile development methodology

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Must be pursuing a BS in Computer Science engineering or related field.

- At the level of BS the candidate must have Unrestricted Permanent right to work in Canada.
- Minimum 3 months experience with JavaScript

- Minimum 3 months experience with C# Programing

Preferred Qualifications:

- Selenium knowledge is a plus
