Graduate Network Engineer & IT Support Paid Internship - London

Our client is a company that provides risk management, market data as well as other services to leading global banks, hedge funds and proprietary trading groups. Through strategic partnerships and in-house development, our client has developed a range of industry leading products and solutions.

You can expect to spend your day:

The role will be split into 3 parts;

- 50% of your role will be spent improving your skills through self-study, virtual labs and using hardware such as Cisco, Arista, Fortinet and F5.
- 25% of your time will be working on the service desk to help improve your communication skills and understand the company’s customer base.
- The last 25% will be spent on mini-projects, collaborating with the best engineers in the company!

The ideal interns personality and qualifications:

Confident and keen to learn, this role suits someone who questions and is willing to test out theories. You need be motivated to improve yourself and are fully committed to developing a career Network support/design field.

Basic requirements are :-

- Degree in Engineering or Computer Science 2:1 minimum
- CCNA completed or studying towards
- Interest in Networks/IT
- Experience of writing scripts in Python (Unviversity project in other languages are accepted too!)
