Traineeship at Structured Finance Energy, Transport & Infrastructure Group Brussels

Are you interested in becoming a sector specialist within one of the industry lending teams in a leading global financial institution?

Our ETIG Traineeship programme is dedicated to top graduates and focuses on four pillars :

· Knowledge : you will develop a profound understanding of the various sectors (oil & gas, offshore services, containers, infrastructure, etc.) within Structured Finance with the ultimate goal to join one of the teams;

· Experience : an international multi-business line journey, including various assignments in Belgium and one abroad;

· Education : a whole set of trainings involving hard and soft skills, as well as individual trainings if needed;

· Team work : you will be part of a large expert team while taking part in bespoke international financing transactions. The position involves frequent contact with clients, banks and legal advisors as well as cooperation with internal support functions such as Risk Management, Loan Syndications and Agency.

Together with your colleagues from other countries, you will be part of the ING International Talent Programme within which you will follow an exclusive journey enabling you to acquire in-depth knowledge of the bank.

Moreover, within this 18-months programme, you start immediately with a challenging and stimulating job.
