ABOUT THE JOB In the Kitchens department we find out what the customer's dream kitchen is. From a studio flat to a large family home, from modern to traditional style. We are here for the many. Our co-workers support the kitchen selling team by providing assistance during the aftersales process and throughout the kitchen installations.

YOUR ASSIGNMENT Your tasks will include:

·  Being passionate about the products you sell and actively learning about the consumer life at home.
·  Having a focus on commerciality.
·  Supporting customers by providing end to end assistance in their purchase and installation process.
·  Working via telephone to provide any necessary customer support.
·  Understand the significant investment and importance of purchasing a kitchen.
·  Understanding your department's action plans, and supporting the goals and targets set by your manager. YOUR PROFILE Your knowledge, skills and experience include:

·  You have the ability to work in a fast paced environment
·  You are a strong communicator who enjoys speaking over the telephone.
·  You are enthusiastic about working with others in a team.
·  You have a flexible approach to work and are open to change.
·  You have a strong attention to detail.
·  You possess problem solving skills to help customers resolve any queries.
·  You have an interest in home kitchen furnishing and people's everyday life at home.
·  You are passionate about putting the customer at the heart of everything you do.

Additional Information :

There is 1 X 30 hour vacancy available. You will need to be fully flexible and available for late nights and weekend working.
