IKEA in Sweden is looking for future IKEA managers focusing on IKEA stores

During the 13 months with us you will get to know IKEA through both training and hands-on involvement. Together with your Management Trainee team and within your assignment, you will learn about the business and what leadership at IKEA means, as well as working on your personal development.
Being a part of the Retail organisation you will work in one of our three regions: Stockholm, Göteborg or Skåne.
After the program you will continue your career as a leader in one of the stores within the regions.

To become a part of our team you need:
· a strong interest inmakinga leadership career based on IKEA values
· to be willing to relocate within Sweden, and possibly abroad in the future
· at least 2-3 years of coherent working experience
· leadership experience, no less than 2 years

Furthermore, you find it easy to communicate and build relationships. The Recruitment process

Please note that IKEA will not reimburse any travels or accommodations during the recruitment process. You will need to visit Sweden for two separate occasions where you arrange all your travels and costs by yourself. IKEA will not pay for any relocation that might be needed if you start the Management Trainee Program.
