About the job
You must be able to offer flexibility and willingness to work across the Customer Relations department including trolley handling, People Greeting, Playroom, Merchandise Pick Up and Exchange and Returns.

You must thrive on new challenges and have a flexible approach to your work. Previous experience operating computerised till systems and cash handling will be highly regarded.
Availability to work across a 7 day roster including late nights until 9:30pm, 3 out of 4 weekends, and public holidays is required in this role.

About the assignment
The key responsibilities of this position include:

·  Creating a customer-centric environment
·  Operating checkouts and confident cash handling practices
·  Ability to multi task in a fast paced retail environment
·  Using listening and good communication skills to ensure a customer’s problem is completely understood
·  Working efficiently so that waiting times are kept to a minimum This role is a 3 month fixed term position commencing on the 19th of November 2018.
