About the job
Reporting to the Sales and Supply Support Manager, this SPECIALIST role will contribute to a great meeting with customers in the store by ensuring a consistently high availability of our product offers, with the highest quality, and at lowest possible cost.
Qualification
Your assignment

You secure the highest possible products availability in the store, in partnership with the Commercial Team, and in consideration of country-specific positioning campaigns, the commercial calendar and local store activities;

You work actively with the Sales Team in product range management by quality and timely administration of the product range in the system;
·
You contribute to successful product replenishments by working actively with forecasting and ordering, in alignment with the commercial calendar;
·
You work actively and proactively with the Commercial Team on the product range change process by providing information regarding sales space parameters, expected sales start, quantity and remaining outgoing quantities;
·
You support the Goods Flow Manager with stock discrepancies analysis, as part of the inventory management process;
·
You produce necessary follow-ups for the Commercial and Management teams regarding operational processes in the store, including phasing in and out, overstock and concrete activities, and non-central shortages.

Your profile

You are highly interested in home furnishing, people’s life at home, and the IKEA product range;
·
You are passionate about logistics and working in a fast-paced and constantly changing retail environment;
·
You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced retail or logistics environment, with focus on supply chain, demand planning / forecasting;
·
You possess high analytical and numerical skills, are skilled in supporting an efficient and cost-effective commercial performance, and able to make objective decisions based on monitoring and reviewing of the in-store Logistics system and other available information;
·
You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, establish, and maintain effective work relationships with cross-departmental colleagues.
Additional Information
This role requires flexibility in work hours, working on weekends and holidays, depending on store operational requirements.
