WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
• Minimum 3 years Shopping centre digital solutions and IT work experience
• Proven analytical skills and experience making decisions based on hard and soft data
• Strong communication skills with business and technical stakeholders
• Good plan and team cooperation, organization and implement ability
• Preferred:Experience in managing the operations and on-going maintenance of core systems/solutions
• Good in English reading and writing
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Solutions Running and Maintenance: Run and maintain various Meeting Place business solutions,
mainly for software, including but not limited to POS, billing, loyalty application, footfall tracking
monitoring, car parking charging…etc. to ensure smooth day to day business operation.
• Meeting Place Solution Support To Tenant: Install/uninstall POS,Receipt BOX or data interface for
tenant during on board or evacuation phase; deliver necessary solution operation training to tenant
staff as ongoing basis; Support tenant on daily POS Disorder handling(refund, search, missed bill,
payment).
• Assist Partner Relationship Specialist to inspect tenant turnover via solution manner in order to
improve efficiency.
• Work in close cooperation with Commercial & Digital Domain to achieve common goals including
implement global scale solution project in Meeting Place in order to ensure project success etc.; act as
project manager to lead small to middle scale project.
• Meeting Place IT Infrastructure Support:Provide IT technical support to various Meeting Place IT
Infrastructure facilities which include but are not limited to Wi-Fi, various physical servers, network
equipment, MP cabling, IT room facility; work with telecom courier to ensure the telecom service is
running stably during day to day meeting place operation;
• Accountable for operational supplier management, e.g. responsibility for operational delivery and
handling of system failures and new version rollouts;
