Your day to day
About the roleAn exciting opportunity has become available for a Reservations Sales Agent to join our talented and fun loving crew! For this vital role, you’ll be the first point of contact and the first impression for guests. Warm, knowledgeable service and helpful guidance reassure guests they’ve made the right choice to stay with us. To deliver a great guest experience – you’ll record and process all reservation inquiries accurately and efficiently and convert to sales wherever possible to meet hotel targets.
What we need from you
Skills & experience• Record, process & amend reservations made by phone/fax/email• At least 1 years reservations experience• Great communication skills• Certificate or equivalent in hospitality management• Desire to build on your capability and existing skill set• Proficiency in Opera
