Your day to day

As part of the Enterprise Agility Enablement function, the Process Analyst will operate, administer, and measure key technology processes to ensure an efficient and effective flow of delivery requests.  You will inference and communicate directly with delivery stakeholders advising and educating them on the processes, practices and artifacts needed. 

This role will be a great opportunity for an open minded, system thinker, who is keen to be a part of organizational change and continuous improvement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

·  To understand, support and promote the Enterprise Agility vision, strategy and objectives
·  Operate, administer and communicate on the Global Tech Unified Work process utilizing the Enterprise delivery tools, engaging directly with key stakeholders throughout the process flow.
·  Contribute to the identification, tracking and reporting of key metrics and measurement of process efficiency.
·  Perform the streamlining of processes and/or change improvements of operational business practices via analysis and interpretation of current policy, procedure and business needs.
·  Identify and document customer objectives, business needs and processes / workflows.
·  Perform process implementations in cooperation with key stakeholders to ensure successful rollout, delivery and sustainability to ensure benefits realization.

 

 

What we need from you

Technical Skills / Knowledge

·  Excellent skills in pragmatic problem-solving, resolving interpersonal conflicts, and overall helping people communicate effectively
·  Ability to identify key elements, patterns, results or relationships through analytical, and quantitative thinking
·  Able to confidently utilize MS Word, MS Excel and MS SharePoint.
·  Proven experience in working effectively with diverse internal and external contacts.
·  The ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.

Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or combination of relevant education and experience

Preferred Qualifications

·  Certification in a process improvement discipline (e.g. Lean Six Sigma certification, Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP), Certified Business Process Improvement/Reengineering Practitioner (BPR), etc.)
·  Agile/Lean certifications
·  SDLC qualifications

Experience

·  2+ years Experience in an Agile/Lean Environment
·  3+ Experience in Product/Project SDLC delivery models
