Kimpton Fitzroy London are looking for Night Concierge to join the team.

As the Night Concierge you will be the face of Kimpton Fitzroy London. You will deliver a great guest experience during each interaction whether it is with luggage assistance, during a rooming, or in passing in the lobby. Reporting into concierge, you will work closely with reception to ensure a smooth guest stay that is memorable.

Your day to day

·  Responsible for the efficient daily management of the door for all guests and visitors to the hotel Ensuring the security of our hotel and that of our guests are prioritised and handled with discretion at all times
·  Responsible for the efficient daily running of Concierge and Guest Services operations Supporting the Concierge Team and covering the Concierge desk.
·  Ensure you have exceptional knowledge of the local area, and competitor hotels and what is going on within the city at any time
·  Strong knowledge of excursions on offer throughout the UK
·  Stay up to date with new restaurant and bar openings, exhibitions, and any pop up activities in London
·  Ensure all departments are aware of all guests’ needs and requirements prior to arrival that will lead to a truly unique, memorable and personal stay
·  Action guest requests to the highest standards, always keeping the brand values in mind with each guest interaction
·  Assist the F&B Team with Room Service deliveries

What we need from you

·  Have a distinctive blend of confidence and personality to help give our guests an unforgettable experience
·  Be capable of making Intuitive decisions in favour of the guest and maintain the highest standards of service
·  Have previous experience in a similar role in 5* hotel within the London market
·  Need a strong command of the English language
·  Ideally have a knowledge of Opera
