Your day to day

Working as part of our Hotel Night team, you will be responsible for financial reporting from the previous day's financial activity.  Financial reporting will include balancing final receipts from Food and Beverage outlets, ensuring internal POS systems and Opera balance,  internal auditing and reporting any discrepancies to the relevant Head of Department.

You will also be the first point of contact for our guests by providing check in/out services and confidently handling guest enquiries always with a warm and welcoming smile.  From your previous Hotel experience,  you will know that no two days are the same in the Hotel industry.   You will work as part of the tight knit group who believe that a strong team work and customer service ethic is the key to success.

In addition, you will be required to confidently drive our Hotel Shuttle bus to and from the Airport terminals and offering a professional and welcoming level of service to all guests.

What we need from you

The successful candidate will have experience or exposure to a previous Night Auditor role and hold good financial acumen.  Solid attention to detail is a must along with a passion for servicing our guests always with a warm and welcoming smile.

You will have the availability to work the main Night team hours of 11pm to 7pm with flexibility and on a rotating 7 day roster.

As this role will involve driving the Hotel Shuttle bus from time to time, you will possess a current full Victorian Drivers Licence and have the confidence to operate the 9 seater Hotel Shuttle buses.

As this role is full time, you must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent resident, or hold an eligible visa to work full time hours on a permanent basis.
