Your day to day
Join us as a Part time Guest Service Agent at Holiday Inn Perth City Centre. You'll have ambition, talent and the passion to deliver great customer service. Under the general direction of the Front Office Manager and/or the Manager on Duty, Guest Service Agents will provide Front Desk service to all guests and clients of the hotel whilst also serving as the first point of contact for any hotel enquiries. This role will require the successful individual to also assist with portering and valet car duties as required, to ensure that the hotels standards are maintained and continues to be a Great Hotel Guests Love.
What we need from you
Ideally you'll have previous hotel experience in a front office environment and a real passion for delivering great customer service. You're known for your dynamic personality and superior communication skills. You have the flexibility to work various rotating shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays. You must meet the legal requirements to work in Australia, and hold a current WA driver's license and Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.
