The newly renovated Terrigal Beach House is located opposite one of the most speculator beaches right in the heart of Terrigal. This is a venue for the go getter and the innovator. A job not for the faint hearted.
Leading an amazing team of personality plus professionals, you will be responsible for all things the venue can throw at you during a shift! All while leading a team of young outgoing staff. No shift will be the same as you roll from street food to champagne, from parties to punters, from locals to lads. You will be in charge of all day to day operations including. staff management, customer service, cashiering, functions and events, service standards, venue atmosphere and ensuring the venue is compliant with all licensing legislation. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:- Great attention to detail- Exceptional teamwork- Time management skills- Superior communication skills- High standard of personal presentation- Ongoing commitment to quality and providing a truly unique experience to our guests- The flexibility to work various shifts on a rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays- You must have previous experience in a similar role- You must also meet the legal requirements to work in this country.
