Your day to day

Join us as our new F&B Intern M/F :

 

Under the supervision of a Chef de Rang, your main duties will be to:

·  Set up the tables of our F&B outlets.
·  Ensure a quality service to satisfy our clientele.
·  Know the menus perfectly in order to advise customers.
·  Work in pairs with a Chef de Rang.
·  Clear the tables and clean the F&B outlets.
What we need from you

Student in a Swiss Hospitality School, you ideally already have a previous F&B experience in a hotel of the same category (4 or 5 stars) and capacity (+300 rooms).

You are fluent in English and French. Mastering another foreign language of one of our target markets (Germany, China, India, Italy, Middle East, Netherlands, Russia) is highly desirable.

With your excellent team spirit, you are acknowledged for the quality and the personalization of your service. You like to work in a fast-paced environment and are autonomous, well-organized and flexible. You are eager to share your passion, show your dynamism and demonstrate your willingness to learn and progress.

This position is to be filled as of October 2020 and opened to students eligible for a B or G work permit.
