Your day to day
As a Chef de Partie, you will assist the Executive Sous Chef in the operations of the Indian culinary section in accordance to the hotel's standards and requirements
What we need from you
Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:• Minimum two years' of experience as a Demi Chef de Partie in a hotel and/or resort, preferably in Banqueting Kitchen• Good communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment preparing and delivering large quantities of food consistently• Ability to work well with a diverse team• Flexibility in shifts*Due to current travel and visa restrictions, we prefer only locally available candidates who can immediately join the hotel.
