About Us

• To maintain and monitor all equipment including personal computers, printers, servers and related peripherals running in a good condition • To provide IT support in technical issues, support server and system, maintain PC • To liaise and monitor the performance of the hardware vendor • To assist on monitoring and maintaining system audit procedures, jobs and standards. • To check and ensure all system backups are completed and documented • Perform on all IT-related matters for the hotel assigned.

Your day to day

• Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology or related disciplines • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support and system administration , preferably in the Hotel Industry is an advantage • Proficient in Microsoft office applications and hotel systems • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Good command in written English and Chinese • Good problem-solving skill, able to work independently and under pressure • Less experience will be considered as IT Supervisor
