Coordinate the administrative tasks of the F&B Department, including procurement, time keeping and other tasks as directed by the management team.
Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.
Ensure all communication related tasks are adhered to, to inside and outside customers and business partners.
Ensure all collaterals and stationary are in place and in stock in sufficient numbers

The Administrative Assistant to F&B is responsible for the efficient operation of the F&B Division administrative duties.
Must possess 1-2 years experience in an administration role with a luxury hotel or residential property.
Excellent overall communication skills
Good working with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
Able to multi-task
The ability to work well in a team environment
Good telephone manner
Must possess good verbal and written English and Mandarin
