About Us

Job Summary – (Role Summary) 职位概述 •Produces all checks for the accountant receivable 负责处理应收帐款的所有账目。 •Promotes the desired work culture around the Winning Ways of the IHG Hotels Group and the brand ethos.围绕洲际酒店集团的致胜之道和品牌理念来提升我们的工作文化。 Essential Duties and Responsibilities 基本工作职责 •Assist in balancing daily transfer to city ledge and post, edit and update to accounts receivable system 平衡每日转至挂账的账目并入帐,整理更新应收系统。 •Liaise with guests and appropriate personnel (Credit Manger/Reservation sales Agent) to ensure special account processing validly 同客人和酒店相关人员(信贷经理/销售、预订人员等)协商以确保特殊账目的正确处理。 •Aid in the preparation the travel ,office rental & long stay debit note 准备旅行社、写字间及长住客的催帐信。 •Follow up account receivable retract 跟进应收帐款的收回。 •End of month adjust account receivable deduct ,keep clear balance with general ledger 月末调整应收帐款的扣减,与总帐对帐。

Required Skills 技能 •Computer Skill in word, excel & powerpoint 电脑水平,包括电子文档的编辑 •Known very well the financial knowledge and grasps the financial skill 充足的财务知识及财务技巧 Qualifications 资格 •Education: College Above 教育:大专以上学历 •Accountant title 会计职称 •The certificate of accountant qualification 会计上岗证 Experience 经验 •4 years experience in Finance, with a minimum of 1 year in managerial position 经验:4年财务工作经验,至少1年管理职位经验
