Role Summary

Join the luxury fashion department store based in London, as a luxury fashion sales advisor, covering products ranging from accessories, clothing to beauty products.
This is a temporary position part time position during the Christmas period. (20 hours contract) Ideal for students.

Daily Responsibilities

• Greeting and welcoming all customers
• Become a brand ambassador for the company
• Engaging with customers for sales activity
• Assisting customers product related queries
• Providing accurate product knowledge to customers
• Monitoring stock levels on the shop floor
• Providing excellent customer service experience through both English and Mandarin
• Keeping update with special promotions or events
• Responsible for processing payments
• Ensure shop floor is maintained at a high quality of standard

Candidate Profile

• Ideal for students based in London
• Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin and English
• Positive working attitude
• Background or experience from the fashion industry preferred but not essential
• Must be available during the Christmas period (December)
• Eligible to work in the UK without the need for sponsorship
