Role Summary
One of London’s finest luxury hotels is now offering a position as an office receptionist. As a receptionist, you will be the first line of contact for our guests directly through meeting and greeting and indirectly through the telephone; also you will represent our brand to the guest.
Responsibilities and Duties
Warmly greet and meet all guests·
Handling guest’s enquiries, face to face and through the telephone·
Manage bookings for existing guests and new customers·
Completing booking, transfer, leaving procedures
The ideal Candidate
High self-grooming standards·
Excellent telephone manners·
Excellent communication skills·
Fluent Mandarin and English·
Previous comparable experiences·
Authorised to live & work in the UK without need for company to sponsor
