Luxury Sales Associate - Mandarin Speaking

Job description

We are looking for experienced Mandarin speaking Sales Consultants to achieve sales targets and maintain excellent, up to date product knowledge. To develop client relationships whilst promoting the brand image and provide excellent customer service at all times.

Responsibilities:
• To meet and greet all clients and act as a brand ambassador
• To take initiative to build upon the stores clientele book and keep them aware of any new products.
• Maximising sales at every opportunity
• Ensure good housekeeping is maintained throughout all areas in the store at all times
• Ensure that customers are acknowledged and receive a quality service either face to face or over the telephone
• Maintain a good standard of appearance for present brand image.

Desired profile

Requirement:
• Previous experience in luxury retail.
• Ability to work towards weekly sales shop targets. Excellent product knowledge.
• Smart in appearance & individual
•Energetic & enthusiastic
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluent spoken language of Mandarin and English.
