Job description

We are looking for 2 sales and marketing assistants who are interested in part time flexible working hours, generating new business for our growing IT Support company.
As a Marketing & Sales Assistant your main role will involve working 'the front line' with customers, directly engaging our consumer market with your amazing personality. First class customer services will be a staple in all your work. We work on some pretty huge accounts, so you will need to be professional, reliable and up beat!
We are looking for well-rounded individuals who are interested not only in marketing and sales, but also in advertising, customer relations, PR and all aspects of business development
About the company
Established in 1999 by two teachers, ICT Education offers a bespoke and comprehensive technical support and IT services within schools and businesses. We pride ourselves on the individual and friendly support within our current client base. We are now looking at expanding and finding that right person in helping us do so.
Key responsibilities include:
• Researching and sourcing potential new business leads
• Converting leads into actual business/clients
• Potential cold calling targeted leads
• Identifying opportunities to promote us
• Generating marketing material to promote the company
• Contributing to social media communications
The candidate should be a proactive person, who is not afraid to pick up the phone, generate leads and follow them up. We are a small friendly bunch, who prides ourselves on flexibility for working with our clients.
This is a part-time position offered on a 6-month contract, with benefits and commission.
They must have at least a couple of years’ experience of working within a marketing or new business role and have a keen interest in IT. A knowledge of SEO is a benefit.

Main Duties
-Make contact and build rapport with potential customers
-Be professional with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
-Capture and document all of the necessary information.
-Represent our company in a pleasant and professional manner.
-Adhere to agreed productivity and quality targets set to you.
-Work quickly and accurately whilst meeting agreed targets.

This is a self employed commission only role, with fantastic commission opportunities.
