Back-end Coder, Graphics Designer, UI/UX Designer

Job description

Firm: Very early-stage start-up aiming to disrupt the ecommerce space creating a new retail platform solution with ambitions to rival Amazon, Ebay, etc.

Position: Highly self-motivated UI/UX designer, Graphics designer, Back-end coder.

UI/UX Designer: Build prototype based on wire-frame screens. Work closely with Graphics designer and Back-end coder.
Graphics Designer: Create logos and design screens. Work closely with UI/UX designer and Back-end coder.
Back-end coder: Competence in building databases, back-end architecture and interaction mechanics. Work closely with UI/UX and Graphics designers. Ideal language preferences are C#, Swift and/or experience using Xamarin.

Compensation (applicable to all positions): Negotiable performance-based equity compensation.

Length (applicable to all positions): Initial 2-week trial period – readjusted based on trial

Are you suitable?
• University student or recent graduate (Undergraduate or Postgraduate level) in Comp Sci, Graphic Design
• A passion to work in start-ups
• An understanding of/interest in ecommerce and fashion
• Happy to work in an unstructured environment
• Able to meet tight deadlines and fulfil high-quality mandates
• Strong problem-solving skills
