We have a Marketing Planning and Promotions Coordinator role available based at our Deeside Head Office.

 

Purpose of the role:

The co-ordination & implementation of key promotional activity. Aligning stakeholders, coordinating and communicating Marketing plans and promotional mechanics to drive business objectives.

 

Key responsibilities:

·  Co-ordinating promotional activity from start to end across the business.
·  Ensuring all promotions have a clear and simple customer journey and any promotion is relevant to our core customer.
·  Ensuring all promotions are aligned to business and Marketing objectives.
·  Being in the detail for promotions e.g. pricing changes, terms and conditions, product distributions, merchandising solutions, optimal timings, cross functional communication.
·  Owning all promotions analysis.
·  Clear communication of any promotional activity across all relevant departments working with Campaign Manager where relevant.
·  Facilitating implementation of store specific promotions/trial activity.
·  Managing key team deadlines & critical path and ensuring everything is on track.

 

Skills:

·  Master of LMS - able to implement new promotional activity and understand what is and isn’t possible working closely with IT.
·  To be the Subject Matter Expert, by knowing every aspect/step/potential fall-down for promotional implementation in store and best solutions to fix issues.
·  Proficient in excel (intermediate) - to assist in tracking & housing promotional activity.
·  Excellent communicator.
·  Driver of own initiative.
