Customer Care Administrator ( 3 months Temp)

Job description
We are looking for 2 people for our Customer Care team to join us for a period of 3 months in the run up to our peak season.
We are looking for candidates you are organised with great communication skills, both verbal and written, to provide support to our Customer Support teams over our busiest period in the lead up to Christmas. You must be comfortable and confident answering the switchboard, reviewing and responding to customer post and assisting our Technical Customer team with admin tasks.
This contract will run from 1 st October to the beginning of January – so you must be available for that period.
You must be able to work from Deeside, Near Chester and be available for shifts that start at 8am to 9pm 7 days per week, you will only be required to work 5 days per week out of 7.
After initial training period this would be a mixture of WFH and office based work dependent on shifts
