Job description
Level 2 support is a single point of contact that will provide guidance to internal and external customers relating to the Distributed Software web applications. Questions regarding access, registration, software download, media access, reporting functionality or navigation of the DSW web sites are all managed by level 2 support.
- Work with world wide level 2 support team, and mainly in charge of AP region
- Work as interface between Level 1 support and Level 3 support
- Keep latest knowledge base about the latest requirement delivery of the DSW(Distributed Software) Web applications
- Analyze and provide guidance for the production issues from Level 1 support team
- Check and communicate status update to level 1 support about severity 1 production issues
- Engage Level 3 support( delivery team ) for resolving complex production issues

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Job Requirements : (skills/experiences/Qualifications)
- Capability to understand business requirements or production issues reported from customers
- Capability to understand technical designs and specification to understand the gap with business requirements
- Excellent written/spoken communication skills in English
- Professional experience in level 2 support or software testing, related to web application systems
- Experience in at least one kind of programming language, HTML/Java/Java Script/C/C++ is a plu
