Job description

・ Has a series of work experience from design concept drafting to delivery, and is still performing design direction for multiple designers (regardless of the number of designers).
-Most recently, a member of a company that specializes in in-house design development organization or design domain for products and services (mobile apps, web services, etc.), has been in visual design output for more than 5 years, and manages designers. At least three years of work.
・ At least 3 years of communication work experience including consultation and coordination with clients or other organizations and departments
・ Experience multiple projects with design thinking, human-centered design, and usability issues.
-Experience in process management of design work.
