金融業界(主に銀行)のお客様における業務系システムを中心とした事務効率化、業務の変革をお手伝いするための、ITプロジェクトの提案～実施までを担当いただけるコンサルタント、プロジェクトマネージャー、システムアーキテクトを募集します。

【ミッション：募集の背景】
コグニティティブ、 AI、フィンテック、RPA、ブロックチェーン等のテクノロジーの登場により、銀行業務の事務効率化や、業務改革が急速に進展している中、先進テクノロジーを活用した、お客様の事務効率化、および営業店改革、顧客接点（CX/UX）の領域における顧客パーソナライズの強化を推進・支援するためのスペシャリストの需要が大きくなっています。そういった領域にチャレンジいただけるITアーキテクト、プロジェクトマネジメントの方を募集します。 特に、グローバル案件を増えており、リードできる方を歓迎します。

【具体的な仕事内容】
・業務系システムにおける提案からデリバリーをリードいただくと共に、そのノウハウを生かしたオポチュニティの発掘やアセットの開発を推進。
対象業界：銀行、証券、保険、カード
・業務ニーズを踏まえたシステム化計画の検討、海外ユーザー・システム・コンプライアンス等のステークホルダーとの計画調整および合意、海外メンバーを含むプロジェクトのタスク推進・管理、一部お客様代替での要件定義・業務設計・テスト等の実施
・グローバル案件のリード （メール・ドキュメント・電話会議などで英語によるコミュニケーションを実施）
