Job description
As part of our growth, we are looking for a UI designer to complete our design studio in IBM Lille.
As a designer you will be required to :
-Design visually compelling products
-Monitor the integration of design on projects by the development teams
-Functioning in agile project teams
-Facilitate IBM Design Thinking workshops
-Scripting user paths (personas, experience map, storyboards)
-Participate in the UI/UX eve of the design team
-Ensure that users are taken into account with the monitoring of UX methodologies

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Mastery of design and prototyping software (Sketch, Invision, Figma, Adobe Xd, Illustrator, Photoshop...)
- Knowledge of UX methodologies
- Good knowledge of HTML5/CSS3 to ensure the technical feasibility of the solutions you propose.
-Training in graphic design, digital communication, design or UX
- 3 years of experience in the field of graphic design within web and application projects.
- Creative, passionate about digital in the broadest sense (web, iOS, Android).
- Ability to work independently and be proactive : you are a good communicator and have good interpersonal skills

- knowledge of After Effect or Premiere Pro is a plus.
