Job description

Currently, we are looking for IT specialist willing to be responsible for the day to day support of system management services, tools, maintenance, and application product set. IBM success on the market is based on a very wide portfolio of software products which are providing a wide list of the services. To ensure the proper run of the applications, their stability and functionality, we need autonomous administrators. The application can be installed on all kinds of operating systems, it communicates through the network and services are driven and controlled by a central management server. This is the main area where the applications administrator will act.

The main responsibilities as Tivoli/Netcool SME:
·  day to day support of systems management services and tools including maintenance and upgrade of the application product set
·  the automation will be a mandatory part of the daily work (due to the complexity of the technical environment) If you would like to recognize and understand the new technology, how does the IBM do the system management, new software products and innovative solutions, you are warmly welcome. Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  UNIX/Linux/Windows skills
·  Experience with monitoring tools preferably IBM Tivoli Monitoing, IBM Netcool, Nagios etc.
·  Practical experience in the management of BlueCare, ITM (with scripting), Omnibus, Impact
·  Knowledge of the network configuration
·  System/server administration
·  Ability to work independent
·  Critical thinking, creative and initiative (can-do attitude)
·  Working experience of databases such as DB2, Oracle, etc.
·  Eager to learn
·  Experience with using Unix Shell (bash) and/or programming languages such as Perl, Python, Java, JavaScript
·  English (B1/B2 level as minimum)
