Job description

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

The person in this position will assume the ownership of developed install instructions, therefore will interact with other teams and areas such as Development, RAS, Product Engineering, Service representatives, and manufacturing teams in order to maintain install instructions up to date.
·  Review product definition as well as, product tree structure of the MFI/FFI data.
·  Segment the work based on product affinities, like models and resources available
·  Decide graphics required, obtain graphics as available, modify to emphasize where needed
·  Work with technical lead to design and write imbed files, according to the products’ needs
·  Check-in imbed files, graphics, tables as they successively become ready
·  Check-in test orders to support function
·  Utilize the test environment to examine output files- dump, imbed, URL
·  Gather test orders from external sources, which may include production orders
·  Create predefined orders for field scenario

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

·  Has in-depth knowledge in a specific engineering discipline. Requires a BS degree in engineering and experience specific to the engineering discipline, as well as high communication skills in both oral and written Spanish/English languages.
·  Has in-depth understanding of HW architecture and manufacturing processes
·  Has high programming skills in sgml, html and it is preferable if knows/uses html editors like Arbortext and Oxygen Author.
·  He and she will also need to apply professional knowledge related to product and equipment design or to test processes or manufacturing within and across department boundaries.
·  Effectively communicates plans/results to team, division management and occasionally to executives.
·  Understands division level strategies, business plans and cross-divisional strategies when required.
·  Actively participate in team, project/program, technical planning that has an impact on the team’s processes and solutions.
