we are searching for a colleague on the position of Talent Acquisition Coordinator, who would become a part of our small friendly team.

About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC) is responsible for creating a positive candidate experience through administrative excellence on operational activities to hire and onboard talent for IBM. The TAC must be an organizational guru with attention to detail, work effectively with a broad range of internal and external professionals, including candidates, possess great communication and interpersonal skills, and have the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice. The TAC must have the ability to meet ever changing recruiting procedural demands while ensuring that all business control standards are met through process compliance. What you will be responsible for:

- Full range of administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Partners
- Manage the applicant flow within our applicant tracking system
- Proactively communicate with candidates and hiring managers on status & necessary activities
- Prepare offer letters
- Manage the pre-offer and pre-employment checks
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires
- Ensure candidate status updates happen in a timely manner
- Identify process efficiencies and opportunities for improving the applicant or hiring manager experience
- Ensure audit compliance
- Relocation assistance for newcomers
- Meet/exceed key performance metrics
- Reporting

You will be a great match for our team if you:

- have at least 1 year of experience in working in HR or multinational service center (preferable from a Corporate Company)
- are fluent in English as we are working in the international environment
- are a friendly person with outstanding communication skills and great presentation skills
- are hardworking and people oriented
- play for a team and you are helpful towards your colleagues and candidates
- are able to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work
