If you are looking to advance in Human Resources, join our European team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators ! A chance to gain experience and develop within HR. We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator who can support Belgium and also work closely with the Talent Acquisition Administrative Hub based in Budapest. Your responsibilities will mainly be to complete the offer form for the selected candidates and track if all approvals are in place. You will also generate the contracts and ensure everything is in place to release the contract. The role furthermore provides you opportunity to be involved in the end to end recruitment process and you will gain insight to posting requisitions, pre-screening resumes, performing candidate checks and also new hire onboarding related activities. The role will provide an in-depth knowledge of the recruitment process and it will broaden customer service skills.
We offer an FTC contract 12 months
The ideal candidate has experience in working in teams and sharing responsibilities, has great communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills, has a proactive and responsible approach and has some experience within HR, Recruitment or similar areas. She/he has good time management skills with an ability to prioritize effectively and must be able to work under own initiative and demonstrate assertiveness and the ability to liaise with professionals at all levels in the organization. Good understanding of IBM business is an advantage. Any additional European language is a plus.
