Ready to start your career as a Software Engineer? IBM UrbanCode, who is a DevOps software product line within IBM, who focuses on improving various aspects of the software application lifecycle is seeking Software Engineers for their Cleveland, OH office.

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated Software Developer who is a highly passionate self-learner and is interested in working in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment writing code. They will enjoy challenges and have the desire to continually learn and expand their knowledge.

Responsibilities:

This position will be work on the IBM UrbanCode market leading DevOps product line. They will code new features, perform bug fixes and integrations with other software development lifecycle tools, and even work with our team of software engineers to help develop new products. In addition, his role will design, test, perform research and review code. In addition, this role will work in a collaborative team environment.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

● High School Diploma/GED
● Strong foundational understanding of software development lifecycle;
● Experience in Java programming;
● Strong communications skills (both verbal & written).

● Previous internships in a software environment;
