Job description

IT Specialists in this Job Role will be responsible to provide network service support and network troubleshooting support over Linux servers, Cisco Routers, IBM Cloud Firewall and VPN setup, for a wide variety of clients and through a ticket request. This role is mainly responsible for firewal configuration & VPN configuration among datacenters on premises and hybrid commercial clouds; As well as Network troubleshooting, resolving tickets assigned within SLA.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

A minimum of 1 years of experience as server administrator for OS such as Linux & Windows with focus on Linux network configuration; Including hands on experience doing Firewall and VPN configurations, as well as resolving network problems.Required minimum training courses taken on Cisco routing & switching.Advance level of English (oral and written).

Certification CCNA or equivalent; Cisco ASA firewalls certification or equivalent.
