We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, self-motivated Salesforce Developer with a proven track record of solving challenging technical problems on the Foce.com platform to join our AWS Elemental Business Systems team where you will help us give our customers the freedom to focus on what matters: transforming ideas into compelling content that captivates viewers.
As a Salesforce Developer, you will be a core member of the development team supporting all of our business systems. While the Force.com platform will be your strongest focus, you will be willing and able to learn and support other technologies as needed. You will meet with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that meet those requirements. You will build, test, iterate, and deploy changes supporting technical maintenance, ongoing enhancements to existing features, and new functionality such as integrations, new features and automated business processes. You will play a leading role in code reviews, guiding the team towards better designs and clean, standardized coding.

Core Responsibilities:
· Development, configuration, and administration of Salesforce and integration with other Amazon databases/systems.
· Responsible for developing in Force.com, Lightning, Visualforce, Apex, Java, AJAX, JavaScript, and other technologies to build customized solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisions.
· Seek out ways to utilize Salesforce.com to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace
· Work within an Agile software development team as a strong collaborator with a focus on continuous improvement
· Perform Salesforce.com systems maintenance, environment refresh, data integration duties
· Gather business requirements from a diverse number of users and translate requirements into scalable solutions.
· Test Driven Development with strong QA and Test Case writing experience.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I or equivalent experience
· 3+ years hands-on declarative development including Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Approval Processes and Visual Workflow
· 3+ years hands-on programmatic development on the Force.com platform including Visualforce, Apex, SOQL and SOSL
· 3+ years hands-on experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and management to gather requirements, describe software product features and design solutions
