Job description

The Revenue Support Engineer role requires a well-organized, candidate with exceptional time management and strong written and oral communication skills to drive customer facing support issues in a fast - paced environment.
·  You will be responsible to ensure our SaaS offering is meeting our SLOs.
·  You will engage in all aspects of providing excellent customer support.
·  You will specialize in helping our customers resolve issues using our products such as Blockchain, API, IOT, APP-Connect.
·  You will work in collaboration with team members, other IT organizations and business partners to meet the needs of the business as well as that of the customers.
Responsibilities
·  You will be providing world-class support by performing problem analysis, evaluation, recreation, and resolution of client reported problems.
·  You will utilize Blockchain, APIc, IOT, APPConnect.
·  You out to work on problem determination, resolution and troubleshooting.
·  You will provide timely updates on assigned cases.
·  Will help clients with disputes for payments and invoices too
Essential Duties
·  Work with finance, operations, engineering and sales to ensure we are providing the best possible customer experience in the market.
·  Ensure that all client issues are resolved in a timely manner in compliance with Service Level Objectives.
·  Continually drive automation and efficiencies within the business.
·  Manage escalations driving timely resolution of issues focusing on delivering a high level of service to both internal and external clients.
·  Extensive knowledge of products in banking domain.
·  At least 2 years of professional experience in financial accountancy, and/or billing and/or other relevant according to company's management assessment.
·  Extensive knowledge of accounting processes with special focus on billing area.
·  Master's degree in accounting, Finance and/or Business Administration.
·  Very good numerical and analytical skills.
·  Project management skills.
·  Ability to find solutions and solve issues within area of billing.
·  Proficiency in MS Office tools.
·  Proficiency in accounting systems.
·  Change management skills and process excellence driven approach.
·  Understanding of global Billing organization strategy and ability to translate global goals on local team processes.
·  Proficiency in presentation skills and public speaking.
·  Excellent IT knowledge and experience implementing databases and customized standard software solutions.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  Bachelor's degree required
·  Minimum 2 years of remote global client support experience
·  Billing, invoice dispute resolution, account creation and cancellation experience
·  Strong negotiation, interpersonal, written/oral communication and presentation skills required
·  Ability to work in shifts and work daytime/overnight/weekend shifts as fits within a 24/7 support structure.
·  Travel to 10%.
