The TSA OASIS Screening Services team provides support to the US homeland security mission. The resource will be the lead responsible for coordinating and managing the delivery of multiple system releases in a fast-paced, mission-critical delivery environment. The resource will be the primary interface for scope, schedule, stakeholder, change, risk, & integration management across the full software development lifecycle for a system release, working closely with across functional teams including systems development, test, and requirements to ensure successful delivery of the release package on schedule and to specifications.

This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Government security clearance of Secret.

This position requires the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

The candidate must have prior work experience as a project manager, coordinator, lead, or analyst. Mandatory skills include:
• Two years experience in Full Life Cycle Software Development
• Prior Release Management experience strongly preferred
• Strong project coordination and management skills
• Strong client interfacing skills
• Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
• Excellent facilitation skills
• Must possess the ability to work under pressure to meet critical deadlines
• Must be flexible in response to changing release dynamics
