Job description

'- Responsible for people and performance management within their teams
- Develops and implements business strategies with executive review
- Support clients from multiple lines of business and make sure that TQA Team will be able to provide continuous improvement on the campaigns
- Proactively work with IBM stakeholders and client to identify their business objectives, priorities and directions, critical success factors and applies this knowledge to establish and implement an Account Strategy.
- Has overall responsibility for their contractual cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables.
- Manage training and quality team and ensure that client and IBM objectives are met
- Create and present training and quality reports to stakeholders
- Partner with operations for training and quality improvements to improve resource efficiency, productivity and customer satisfaction
