Your Role and Responsibilities
· SFMC Quality Assurance / Tester Perform thorough testing of dynamic content/amsrcript, email templates, automation workflows, landing pages, data integrations, and other marketing assets to identify any defects or issues before deployment.
· Developing test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project specifications.
· Executing functional, regression, and performance testing of marketing assets within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
· Identifying and documenting defects, issues, and discrepancies found during testing.
· Working closely with designers and back-end developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
· Experience in quality assurance testing, preferably in the context of marketing automation platforms or web applications.
· Familiarity with testing methodologies, techniques, and tools.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
· Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus, as it relates to testing email templates and landing pages.
· Understanding of email marketing best practices, CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, and other relevant regulations.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
· Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation platforms
· Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer certification)
· Workflow tool experience (Jira, Workfront, Aprimo, etc.
