Job description
3~6 years experience in Software Development and SDLC Methodologies
Minimum 3 years experience in practicing agile on complex projects with multiple scrum teams
Minimum 1 year experience in agile transformation and consulting
Preferred to have agile-related recognized certification (i.e. CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP)
Prior experience in successfully scaling agile for project teams
Prior experience in developing custom training content and delivering training with hands-on experience
Desirable hands-on experience in DevOps implementation practices
Strong communication, presentation, facilitation and instruction skills
Contributes to agile communities, conferences, seminars and forums
