Project Administrator: Project Support (Japanese Speaking)

Job description

Provides project support through ownership and management of project documentation and facilitation of project team communications. Sets up the project control book, enters data, tracks issues and changes, produces status reports and handles financial and procurement transactions. Supports general contract management through asset management, audit readiness, financial process support, issues management, measurements reporting, project plan execution and, where applicable, request for service. Duties of a project administrator include all aspects of facilitating a project: scheduling meeting times and locations, taking meeting minutes, developing presentations, and arranging training for project staff. In addition, the project administrator participates in budget administration, providing analysis, keeping records, and forecasting financial performance. IT project administrators may work closely with other corporate departments, such as HR and legal.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  You should be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing in Japanese; JLPT certification is preferred
·  You should be an experienced project administrator with real passion for new technologies
·  You should be amenable to work on a client-based schedule (dayshift, mid-shift, night-shift) and IBM sites in Quezon City (Eastwood and/or UP Ayala Technohub) or Cebu
