Job description

  Coordination with Facilities and Operations team managers to organize, conduct H&S site review visits
·  Compile the results and recommendations of the H&S visits and distribute to facilities managers
·  Coordinating implementation of the site specific remediation of H&S issues, with facilities and operations managers
·  Collecting required data for the H&S Global Building Checklists from the 3rd party site landlords through facilities team managers
·  Be a focal point for IBM Bluemix (SoftLayer) to the IBM H&S coordinators and collaborate with facilities and operations manager. Oversee organisational Health and Safety program - working closely with HR, Facilities and IBM HQ to ensure global compliance to regulations.
·  Be responsible for training employees around Health and Safety.
·  Project Management skills.
