Job description

We are currently looking for Project Administrator to become a valuable contribution to our Team, IBM Global Business Services. The person will contribute essential administrative support to Project Managers and Program Managers.

Key activities:

· provide effective support to Project Managers & Program Managers including project administrative tasks
· ensure rock solid execution of budget management, resource planning, deal & pricing process optimization
· arrangement a meetings, coordination of working groups, preparation of meeting protocols
· project cost accounting
· contractor invoice verification

Requirements:

· work experience as a Project Administrator/Operations/Support Specialist
· strong MS Office skills and Excel "guru" level
· strong quantitative and analytical skills
· bachelor's degree
· English languages as intermediate + level
