Product Manager

In this role you'll get to define and help bring to market extensions to the Resilient platform as well as manage and contribute to the Resilient Community. This will start with defining and bringing to market Resilient apps from our lab, partners, and the community, but over time could include other new Resilient modules that drive additional revenue, or aspects of the core Resilient platform. This will also include serving as a key organizer, spokesperson, and evangelist on the Resilient Community. Reporting to the VP of Product Management and Co-Founder, this newly created role will work closely with Customers, Engineering, Partners, Marketing, and Business Development to define, build, and manage new Resilient extensions. As the owner for these offerings, you will manage delivery based on an agile, portfolio management approach and be in charge of the many day-to-day details required to define and bring these offerings to market.

Key Responsibilities:

· Frequently interact with existing customers, prospects, and partners (ex. 3 rd party software developers) to understand their needs and translate those needs into Resilient extensions.

· Define use cases to be supported by Resilient apps / extensions, articulate them in user stories, and work with Engineering and/or Partners to get them built

· Serve as a primary manager of / contributor to the Resilient Community, fostering robust collaboration between Resilient customers, employees, and 3 rd parties

· Partner with the VP PM and others in Product Management to coordinate the delivery of your offerings in the context of the broader product roadmap

· Attend daily engineering standups and planning meetings to help drive priorities, negotiate trade-offs, and otherwise advocate and coordinate product delivery.

· Prepare for and participate in formal monthly roadmap review sessions

· Manage and report weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs, including offering delivery.

· Partner with Marketing to ensure they have the offering information they need to be successful.
