Job description

We are looking for a Product Architect with significant experience in Kubernetes and Docker to join our team and play a leading role in contributing to the advancement of our software platform. You will have the opportunity to work with other architects, offering management, and developers on leading edge technologies in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Essential Responsibilities:
·  Proposes technology integrations and architectural roadmaps addresses major gaps or limitations with clients and advances business.
·  Drives critical technology choices through research, investigations, and technology evaluations. Researches and clarifies integration requirements through interactions with clients, offering management or other architects.
·  Proposes and quickly implements prototypes to validate technology or architectural concepts, interacting with clients as needed.
·  Leads the design and implementations of new integrations together with the development team ensuring technical accuracy and architectural consistency
·  Prepares and presents technical documentation such as for client presentations, conferences, and technical training.
·  Keeps up with industry trends especially in Cloud and Cognitive technologies.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  Completion of Computer Science/Computer Engineering Degree
·  At least 15 years of experience working on complex software development projects with at least 5 years as the technical lead
·  Excellent knowledge of Java, Python, C/C++, RESTful & Cloud APIs
·  Excellent IT administration skills in Linux and Windows cluster environments
·  Thorough understanding and applied practice of agile development methodologies and their tools
·  Proficient with the internals of containerization technologies and Kubernetes
·  Experience developing microservices using Kubernetes with stringent security, reliability and performance requirements
·  Excellent communication (verbal and written), presentation, and interpersonal skills are a must
