About the Business Unit

The IBM Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization spans several functional areas such as procurement, manufacturing, demand-supply planning, manufacturing engineering, logistics, customer fulfillment, accounts receivable collection and sales transaction support.

Who you are:

As a Procurement Operations you will review requisition requirements and craft purchase order. You will support in bound and out bound calls and resolve email queries and will support transactional requirements for given category scope. Will work authoritatively with client when additional information or when clarification required and consult with Sourcing instructions to understand commodity strategy.

What you'll do:

·  You will maintain all necessary supplier documentation.
·  We will ensure audit readiness of all purchasing documents and expedite Orders and on deliveries
·  Resolve blocked invoices and Collaborate with clients and suppliers on supplier and payment issues
·  You will Liaise with level 2 contacts if query cannot be resolved directly and follow up with requesters

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  College Degree or equivalent work experience required—preferably in Business, Finance, Legal, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field
·  Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Supply or Operations Management
·  You should have working knowledge on ERP application and transactions
·  Good client management skills
