The Global Procurement team provides goods and services from suppliers, covering components, hardware, software, and services to every brand across the IBM Company. We support more than 400,000 requisitioners globally. The Procurement Professional role is responsible for supporting procurement activities such as business operations, policies and practices, global compliance, client services bid management, supplier contract development and negotiation in support of complex services engagements, and client services geo management . Responsibilities may include interfacing and supporting IBM's country, regional and/or worldwide procurement teams and processes and supporting IBM strategic supply issues. The employee focuses on individual/team objectives and development of professional effectiveness.
